You must treat all Information as strictly confidential and must not disclose it to any third party, save to professional advisers who have a legitimate need to know and who are bound by equivalent duties of confidentiality.

• Carter Jonas LLP acts as a joint controller with its client in respect of any personal data contained within the Information. You agree to process any such personal data strictly in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• You must not retain personal data for longer than necessary and must not contact any identified individuals without the prior written consent of Carter Jonas.
• Upon request by Carter Jonas, or if you decide not to proceed, you must promptly delete or destroy all Information in your possession or control.
